Practical training under the ICAI New Scheme of Education and Training, effective 1 July 2023. Rotations across audit & assurance, direct tax, GST, ROC, valuations and advisory — you work with the partner on the engagement, not for an associate two layers down.
For commerce graduates and final-year students who want to learn what taxation and audit actually look like before choosing a path. Deep exposure, a real desk, real files — not a coffee-and-photocopy internship.

Practical training under the ICAI New Scheme of Education and Training. Rotations across statutory audit, tax audit, direct tax (returns, scrutiny, transfer pricing), indirect tax (GST returns and advisory), ROC and FEMA work — with the partner on the engagement, not above it. Stipend at or above the ICAI minimum, paid monthly.
Structured internship for final-year and recent B.Com / M.Com graduates. Two-week rotations across bookkeeping, GST returns, TDS, payroll and audit support. Shadow client meetings, write working-paper notes, see how a partner-led practice operates end-to-end. Conversion to articleship or full-time considered case-by-case.
Full-time paid role for accounting and bookkeeping staff. Own a portfolio of clients end-to-end — day-to-day bookkeeping on Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online or Tally Prime, monthly GST returns, TDS deposit and quarterly returns, payroll runs, bank and GST 2A / 2B reconciliations. Comfort with one or more cloud accounting platforms expected; willingness to learn the others on the job.

I am working as an Article Assistant at Swati K and Co. for the past 19 months. During this time, I have gained good practical knowledge and exposure in accounting and finance. The office environment is very supportive, and I have learned a lot from the guidance of the chartered accountants. I also got opportunities to interact with clients, which helped me understand practical work better.
